Presentation Formats
1. Oral Presentation
- What is it? A short research presentation delivered to an audience during scheduled sessions.
- How many minutes? Typically 10–15 minutes including presentation and discussion.
Poster Presentation
- What is it? A visual presentation of research displayed on a poster board for discussion.
- How many minutes? Authors present and discuss their research during the poster viewing session.
Submission Formatting Guidelines and Requirements
All abstracts must adhere to the structured format outlined below to be considered for the Congress. Please ensure that your submission follows this structured format.
1. Title
Limit to 15 words. Should clearly reflect the content of the research.
2. Authors and Affiliations
List all authors including full names and affiliations. Indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*).
3. Introduction
Briefly describe the issue or knowledge gap your work addresses.
4. Objectives
State the purpose or objective of the study/project.
5. Methods
Summarize the design, methodology, or approach used including study design, participants, or analytical methods.
6. Results
Present key findings or outcomes. Include data or evidence supporting your conclusions.
7. Conclusion
Highlight the significance of your findings and discuss implications for global nutrition and dietetics workforce capacity.
