A distinguished nutrition and wellness leader with more than 30 years of experience advancing nutrition, healthy food environments, and sustainable food systems. She served as Vice President of Nutrition and Wellness at Compass Group North America.
Professor Janeane Dart
Professor and Director of Education at Monash University, Australia, with more than 30 years of professional experience across Australia and the UK. She also serves as Executive Director for Education and Accreditation of the International Confederation of Dietetic Associations.
Dr. Esther F. Myers
An internationally recognized leader in dietetics and evidence-based nutrition practice. She played a key role in the development, implementation, and international dissemination of the Nutrition Care Process and standardized nutrition terminology.
Tammy Randall
2026–2027 President of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. A nutrition educator, mentor, and experienced dietetics professional focused on strengthening the profession and preparing dietitians for the changing landscape of nutrition and health.
Ana San Gabriel

A nationally recognized nutrition expert, communications consultant, author, educator, and certified personal trainer. She is the founder of Shaw Simple Swaps, translating nutrition science into practical, evidence-based advice.
